LET’S GET PLANNING YOUR LONDON WEDDING
As a Wedding Floral Designer my vision is to turn your ideas into something truly magical and have your guests step into a floral dreamland with you. Each London wedding that I do is completely bespoke, whether you are having a intimate celebration or an extravagant love affair, your ideas paired with my guidance and artistic expertise on what I believe we can bring to life on your special day creates the perfect collaboration. ​

Myself and the team are all about the details, so to help get the creative juices flowing, I will start to create a visual mood board based on your chosen floral colour palette upon enquiry. We then hand the board over to you for review and to start visualising how your venue will be immersed in unique and distinctive florals. A detailed Proposal, Date Reservation Contract and our Terms & Conditions will then be provided to go ahead and secure our wedding floristry services for the date of your wedding. Once your deposit is received and the date reservation contract signed, the date is then reserved for you and we will be available for further in depth discussions, venue walk throughs and questions throughout the entire process, right up until the day of your wedding. We understand that the finer floral details will come to fruition closer to your wedding date, and therefore are more than happy to accommodate appropriate changes to designs and quantities up to six weeks prior to your wedding day.

Six Weeks Prior & The Wedding Day
FINALISING THE DETAILS
Six weeks before your wedding day, we will contact you to further discuss and finalise your wedding flower designs. It's at this point delivery addresses and times should be fully confirmed and we will then liaise with the venue to ensure setup and clear down runs smoothly the day of / after your wedding celebrations. We will also ask you to sign a full Florist Contract which entails the final floral designs and installations we are committing to curating on your wedding day.
On the day, we will first hand deliver the bridal party flowers to where you and your partner are getting ready (bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets and buttonholes) and then move onto artfully installing the ceremony and reception floral designs, ready for your arrival later that day. Any floral props hired from us for your wedding floral displays will be collected by us the same evening or the following morning. We encourage that as many of the wedding flowers are taken home or gifted to guests, with the remaining florals being collected by us.

The Investment
THE PROCESS TO SECURE US
Our wedding floristry services are bespoke to you and the wedding venue you choose to get married at. We have a minimum investment of £2,500 (including any applicable VAT) for our bespoke floral design services, with a 25% deposit to secure and the balance due six weeks prior to your wedding day. From concept to design, our floristry services are tailored to your vision for the day.
We work collaboratively with you, your wedding planner and the venue throughout the process to ensure the day goes exactly to plan. This full scale floral design service is for you if aesthetics are important to you and you want to create an ambiance with flowers that is going to leave an impact and be remembered for the rest of your lives.

​Typically, this minimum investment covers the bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, buttonholes, a ceremony backdrop design, cake table flowers and table centrepieces for guest counts of approx. 60 - 80 people.
