What flowers are in season right now?

As November continues to greet us with darker evenings and wetter weather, here are five flowers which are in and out of season:

In season; anemone, hellebores, tulips, ranunculus and virbunum.

Out of season; dahlias, astrantia, astilbe, scabious and celosia.
